Painted Star Equestrian Horseback Riding Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Painted Star Equestrian! Before you embark on a memorable horseback riding adventure with us, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

**1. Assumption of Risk and Liability:**
Participation in horseback riding activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Painted Star Equestrian is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of horseback riding activities.

**2. Safety Regulations:**
Participants are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Painted Star Equestrian staff. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the ride without refund. Safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who jeopardizes their safety or the safety of others.

**3. No Refund Policy:**
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the experience. Please carefully consider your reservation before booking.

**4. Reservation and Cancellation:**
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before the scheduled ride to allow for 1 reschedule per month.

**5. Privacy:**
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to Painted Star Equestrian will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy. We may use your information for the purpose of providing services and promotions related to our business.

**6. Code of Conduct:**
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the horseback riding experience. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others will result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

**7. Photography and Media:**
By participating in our horseback riding activities, you grant Painted Star Equestrian the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the experience for promotional purposes.

**8. Changes to Terms:**
Painted Star Equestrian reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

**9.Rider Requirements:**

To ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and our equine friends, please note that all participants must have a weight limit of 180 lbs or less. This guideline is implemented with the utmost care for the welfare of our horses and to maintain the quality of your riding experience.
