2. Services Provided

2.1. Services

Painted Star Equestrian offers horseback riding lessons, training, and related equestrian activities. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2.2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.3. Booking and Payment

All bookings for lessons and training sessions must be made through our Site. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Single Sessions

Cancellations for individual sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any fees paid.

3.2. Ongoing Academy Programs

Cancellation of ongoing programs requires a 30-day notice. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of fees paid for that period.

3.3. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

If a session is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen events, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. User Conduct

4.1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Disrupt the Site or Services or associated networks.

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4.2. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, comments, photos, etc.), you grant Painted Star Equestrian a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute it. You confirm you have the necessary rights and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property
